Vendor Details

Show Times Nov. 13th (9 am - 3 pm)

Plan to be set by start time and stay all day.

Space is 8ft Table with 2 chairs/No table cloth

The cost of food is not included in your fee.

Friday, Nov.12th - Early Set Up

Hallway & Cafenasium Areas 6-8 pm

Gymnasium 7:15 - 8 pm. (The gym is used for sports practice until 7 pm. You can bring items into the hallway until tables are ready). To respect LCCS staff members’ time, everyone must exit the building by 8 pm.

Saturday, Nov. 13th - Show Day Set Up

All Areas 7-9 am (No earlier set up permitted)

We have a few carts & helpers available to provide assistance. Best practice is to bring your own cart & a friend to help you! No signs or decorations may be hung on walls, ceilings, or floor. No open flames. Metal stands require protection between it and the floor.

Vendor Drawing Donation

All vendors are asked to support LCCS with an item or gift basket valued at $20 or more. Please label your donation with Vendor Name/Table Number & and bring to Drawing Tables located in the middle of the school. Multiple drawing times will occur throughout the show. Winners must be present to win and collect their prize by 2:30 pm. Unclaimed items will be donated to the April 30th LCCS Auction.

Admission/Vendor Comp Tickets Update

In celebration of Lake Center’s 75th Anniversary, there will not be an admission charge to enter the show. As a result, comp tickets will not be distributed. Please let your guests know that donations will be accepted, but not required, at the entrance to support Christian Education at LCCS.

Food Served 9:30 AM - 2:15 PM

Menu items include muffins, cookies, hot pretzels, popcorn, walking tacos, grilled chicken sandwiches, salads, coffee, water and pop. You are welcome to bring lunch and snacks. Food delivery is prohibited.
